Cultivation Plan for Food Science and Engineering Major
一、培养目标:
1. Cultivation Goal:
培养适应国家建设需要的德智体美全面发展、能在食品领域油脂工业及相关领域从事科学研究、生产技术管理、产品研发、品质控制、工程设计等方面工作的应用型高级工程技术人才。
We commit ourselves to train advanced engineering technology talents, who must be all-round developed in morality, intelligence and physique, and be for product development, scientific research, engineering design, quality control and production technology management in grain and related fields.
二、基本规格:

毕业生应获得以下几个方面的知识和能力:
1、 1、掌握食品科学及油脂工程基本理论和实验技术;
2、 掌握油脂及制品品质的分析和评价方法;
3、 具有油脂工程设计、设备操作、生产技术管理及解决实际工程问题的能力;
4、 具有企业管理及市场营销的能力
5、 具有本专业所必需的计算机应用能力
6、 初步掌握一门外语,能顺利地阅读本专业外文资料
7、 掌握现代信息技术,能利用多种手段获取知识、进行信息处理和科技创新,具有一定的科学研究和实际工作能力。
Students of this program should acquire the knowledge and capabilities as follows:

2、 Mastering the methods for analysis and evaluation the oils & fats and its products quality.
3、 With the ability of oils & fats engineering design, equipment operation、production management and solving practical engineering problem.

6、 Preliminary master a foreign language, be able to successfully read the professional foreign language data.

6. Credit requirements of degree and graduation
本专业的学生,在校期间必须修满本培养方案所规定的 174学分方能毕业。其中必修课 146学分,选修课 28学分。
Students shall earn no less than 174credits within the duration of academic study, respectively 146 credits for compulsory courses, 28 credits for elective courses.
符合国家学位规定和河南工业大学学位授予条件者,授予工学学士学位。
Those who can satisfy national stipulations of academic degree and the requirements of Henan University of Technology degree conferral shall be granted with Bachelor Degree.
